Furniture system and space design for a mini cinema to show digital media from the school. The space should be able to be used some times as a discussion or seminar area when not in use. Space requirements include designing furniture (which could be more lounge like rather than cinema like), and may include screens, wall treatment but not structural alteration. Design factors to consider include: flexibility (able to be used for different uses); durability; lighting (ceiling strip lights need screening); projector ceiling mounted; drinks machines can be relocated; screening to women’s bathroom may be required. Location will be the space next to the Lecture Hall on level 3.

 

The connected soft ball link is broken to be the basic elements. And the balls can be reconstructed to be different possibilities, just like the pro tein. User can actually attach the cushion together by magnets as how they wanted in order to create a personal area which them the most. In this way, it could allow every user to interact with the space as well as the surrounding area.
